F77 – Keys either side of up nonfunctional

I recently flashed the VIA firmware and created a keymap using Vial (VIA would not recognize the keyboard….). This mapped the keys either side of the up arrow to KC_KP_0 and KC_KP_DOT, but neither seem to do anything. Both keys feel and sound correct, so I don’t think this is mechanical. How can I diagnose the issue?

I believe this was noted in the manual. You need to flash the 0-9 layout due to a Via bug that prevents those two keys from being reassigned.

Ah yes I see now. LShit + Rshift + B to enter bootloader does not seem to be working. Is there a way to reassign this, or will I have to enter the bootloader by shorting the board?

Please check the manual as there is another key combination option I believe to enter the bootloader. If that does not work, then you will need to short PROG with the procedure described in the manual.
