The Beam Spring Round 2 Keyboard shop page lists the B62 with options for “Split Right Shift” and with “Split Right Shift and Split Backspace”. Would the B62 be available with no split right shift and UK English ISO layout? Is there any additional tooling charge for this? This combination does seem to be available for the F62.
If it is available, how should I specify it in my order?
Glad you are joining the project! B62 with ISO (or any other mods besides the two mods listed on the Round 2 beam spring product page) is not currently available unless you cover the tooling charge. You would pay the tooling charge upfront (about $1200) and folks who want to join in on your mod would pay you $100 or $200 directly, depending on what they are able to pay; then you would let me know once they have paid by emailing me with their order number and the mod they want. The tooling charge does not include the cost of any keyboard.
