Could you ever make a version with a reduced bezel?

That would be a good way to save desk space without reducing functionality.

I appreciate the classic look but I would really be sold on a buckling spring keyboard with a slim, modern bezel.

Yes the fully assembled F62 and F77 keyboards with small bezel will definitely be an option for the second round orders. It should be up on the web site later this month. I’m an early bird order and would like to know if the small bezel will these be available aftermarket and if it will fit the current platesize so I might swap out later on when it becomes available.

Yes all parts will be interchangeable with the original and ultra compact cases except the bottom inner assembly.

You mentioned

Colors are not accurate – I haven’t discussed color options for the small case with the factory but I assume they will be anodized, or done with electrophoresis. I do not expect the small cases to be powdercoated.

I am wondering what’s better.. anodized/electrophoresis or powercoat? Thank you.
