Is a bare aluminium finish possible

Would you be able to clear anodize, or even leave unfinished, the aluminium case for an ultra compact keyboard? I love the look of bare aluminium and would greatly prefer it.

I’m not sure if you really realize how bad plain aluminum looks… it will look far from a proper “clear” aluminum finish (there were photos around lately, look around) plus raw aluminum is prone to rubbing off the protective oxide layer, so if you touch it your fingers will get dirty.

The standard gray looks close to the Apple style/bare aluminum style. However if you prefer the dull unfinished look feel free to make a note when ordering to choose “other color” for the ultra compact case.

I was wondering this as well, as I’d like to order a compact case to go with my standard-sized case. Ideally I would like a silver/aluminum finish (similar to the Apple Macbook, etc). Also, I am curious what the “standard gray” option for the ultra-compact looks like.
