Most of the parts have been completed for this project but everything will come over to me for final quality control all at once from the factory in a few months. Feel free to check out the Geekhack project thread for the discussion on getting incomplete/untested boards early.
However I do hope you can join in on the project and reserve your Brand New Model F Keyboard! It will be here later this year.
