I could have sworn I filled out the Google form months ago, but I don’t see a confirmation in my mail archive. Annoyingly, “Send me a copy of my responses” defaults to off, so I may have signed up and just not gotten a copy.
So is there a way for me to check? I didn’t want to fill in the form a possible second time and have it erase any prior entries.
(The question has also been asked several times in the gargantuan Deskthority thread, but as far as I could tell it was not answered there.)
