Hi all, I recently upgraded my computer and now my Model F F77 keyboard does not work once the computer goes in and out of sleep mode. I followed the directions and updated the firmware to the latest version as indicated in the manual. This has not corrected the problem. The keyboard would occasionally go unresponsive before I upgraded my motherboard and CPU but now it’s every time it wakes up and sometimes even after the computer has been shut off. The only way to fix it is to disconnect the usb and plug it back in. I’ve had the keyboard now for a couple years so I do believe it used the older xwhatsit firmware — which is what I updated using Flip 3.4.7. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Brad, updating firmware will not address the issue you are having. It is an issue with your computer or operating system. Maybe you can adjust the usb sleep setting somehow. Please do post on the project thread on the Deskthority forum.
