Just to follow up with this for others’ information. I received my round 1 beam spring keyboard and have weighed the average actuation force at 43 grams (for non-spacebar keys).
They are just about the same as the originals – when I test them side by side it is difficult to tell the difference. Sorry I don’t have the precise numbers.
