Not a question, but a possible timesaver for new owners of Round 1 FSSK or F104, like me. (I received my FSSK on Thursday and am well pleased.)
It’s not until you reach Intermediate topics in the manual that you find this:

On my FSSK with long spacebar, hooked up to a linux box, the right Super key (Windows key) did not send a signal, despite having a nice click and every other key working fine. To try and torubleshoot, I installed QMK per the manual and compiled the pandrew utility, which then failed to detect my keyboard.
On my third pass through the manual I found the info about Vial. Vial immediately showed me that the key in question was not buggy but deactivated in firmware, and let me assign the correct code to it. Vial also made it a matter of a few clicks to put the Menu code on the otherwise useless Scroll Lock key.
By the way, if you are running Linux, http://vial.rocks/ will wait endlessly for a connection to your keyboard unless you have configured udev as documented at https://get.vial.today/manual/linux-udev.html .
