Where to download Pandrew’s utility?

I am trying to follow the firmware flashing guide and I am confused on where to download the Pandrew’s utility for windows.

That’s just used to put it in bootloader mode, but you can use VIAL instead if you can’t find Pandrew. Because I couldn’t find Pandrew either as that was what I was acustomed to using on my F77 last year. However when I got my F104 recently I followed the VIAL instructions instead and its possible easier to flash now using just VIAL and Flip. The instructions on youtube however is alittle bit off and the shortcut button to go into bootloader didn’t work for me, but you can still use VIAL to go into bootloader from navigating thru the top menu in the app: https://youtu.be/rmJcXnIu180?t=2493 Good luck!

There is one zip file in the manual that contains all of the needed files including the utility. Go into the firmware section of the manual and you will see the link.
