Order #25053 (August 4, 2023), now had all the parts I needed, completed the keyboard and that was fun. The fun was less when I tried to use the plug provided. It doesn’t seat into the keyboard, and no amount of trying, flashlights, manipulating had helped. Also, tried on several computers in case it was the computer not powering the unit and I was wrong that it didn’t completely seat on the keyboard side. Now I am convinced. Please help, I really am looking forward to this working. All the best, Donna

Are you saying that there is some difficulty connecting the USB cable to the keyboard? The case opening is larger than the USB-C connector inside the keyboard, so you may have pushed the cord into the keyboard case but above or below the silver metal connector inside the case. You may need to ask someone for help to use a bit of force to get the cable plugged in since the connection should be tight.
I personally connected the USB cable on each keyboard to load and test the firmware, and I could not have succeeded if the cable did not make the proper connection to each keyboard, so it is just a matter of trying with some force.
You are correct that if you do not connect the cable by pushing it in all of the way, the computer will not detect it and you won’t be able to use the keyboard. Please keep me updated on this.
