I am about to place an accessories order and just wanted to confirm the following to make sure I have everything I need:

I am assuming the following just needs to be done for me to switch back and forth between HHKB and Standard:

Move/shift the white stabilizer over
adding/removing a spring (I am hoping there is a flapper under each barrel and a spring just needs to be moved)
Re-flash using QMK or VIA
Replace buttons/key caps

Nope, switching between HHKB and non HHKB is not possible because the barrels, inner foam cutouts, and PCB pads are in different positions.

You can however do a non-HHKB style split right shift with the standard offering (ANSI or ISO layout) – 1U+1.75U in the right shift area instead of the HHKB style 1.75U+1U. For this option I’d guess you’d need the HHKB 6 key set and an extra flipper.
