1.25u modifier keys

I have read a mention of modifier keys that are 1,25u each on the Extra Keys page. Scumyc/scumnc to be precise.

I want to order blank 1.25u caps to replace the CTRL ALT and the blank 1u (specifically on the F122).

I assume that would work, but I want to be sure

It would work for Ctrl and Alt but there would be gaps between the keys since Ctrl and Alt are 1.5U size keys. You can’t replace a 1U key with a 1.25U key as it won’t fit.
