Are extra keycaps included with keyboard?

I recently watched the YouTube video reviews made by Chyrosran22 and LGR. In both cases, they ordered a keyboard with Print/Scroll Lock/PgUp/PgDn etc. and received a set of numeric keycaps in a separate bag.

I’m wondering if those are included with every keyboard order? Or must the numeric keycaps be ordered separately? If they must be ordered, is it possible to order Block 2? I only see options to order 3-6.

Yes confirmed, you get the standard ~101 key set when you order one of those key sets, as pictured lower down on the keyboard product pages. Blocks 1 and 2 are therefore included. Blocks 3-6 are only available separately through the “extra keys” product page.
