Hey, is there the option of getting one of these with a Japanese Hiragana OADG 109A keyboard layout?

Yes, the Japanese JIS layout is available to order. Here is a photo:

Please order the keyboard as configured with “regular printed ANSI key set” and then order 30 units of the store item “$1 increments” and note “JIS key set instead of regular US key set”
