I’d love one of the new/upcoming Model M style keyboards. Surely the perfect combination of look and feel; style and quality. Thank you for making it real!
A few questions:
1.) I imagine you can’t say for certain until you’ve got a production model in your hands, but could you give an approximate/estimated weight of the F104? (I understand the case will be aluminium, so, solid but not impractically heavy, is what I’m hoping for.)
2.) Are you still able to provide a stepped Caps Lock key as an additional purchase on request? (I searched and saw you mention to a customer that you have stock sourced from Unicomp, but that was some time ago.)
3.) Will the F104 have legs? (I’m guessing not, but just want to check.)

- The expected weight is about 8 pounds for the classic F104 keyboard, excluding packaging.
- Yes, feel free to order on the Extra Keys page.
- No, the height is adjusted through screw on and/or adhesive bumpers of varying heights from 1/16″ to 1″ or even higher.
1.) Solid indeed! Still, that’s liftable, and it certainly won’t be sliding around the desk. 🙂
