Yes they should work. I even have some spare original, used Model M springs in stock that should work as well in your terminal F.
Alternatively if you can wait a few months for production to finish, you can get brand new Model F specific springs which are also 50 cents each (please see the store item flipper+spring) whether you get just the spring or the flipper as well as the spring.
Each used Model M spring is 50 cents so to order 10 springs you would order 5 units of the store item “other customizations in $1 increments.” Shipping will be $7 (US) and $12 (international untracked, could take a month or so for delivery).
