Can I get keycaps printed in the Dvorak layout?
Or better yet, dual Dvorak/QWERTY?

Yes I can do Dvorak layout. Just add 8 units of the store item “$1 increments” for the four custom keys:
Bumped U
Bumped H
No-bump F
No-bump J
