I would be interested in a solution to get PS/2 support directly (without needing to rely on an active USB-to-PS/2 converter).
From what I understand, the Leyden Jar controller will have the possibility to support PS/2 using an extra daughter board. This controller will be the one used on future F 122 and has been successfully tested on F 104 according to forum threads.
So after the F 122 starts shipping and Leyden Jars becomes available as a spare part, would it be possible to order one and retro-fit it in an existing new Model F 104 Ultra Compact?
(I am good enough with a soldering iron, but I am wondering if the pinout on the final Leyden Jars would be completely different than the current controllers, making such retro fit not trivial)
The pinouts are the same among the controllers, though it may be a tight fit in the compact cases.
