I have just installed my solonoid and it works great. However, if I type too fast, it appears to stop clicking and I have to wait a second before it starts clicking again. It appears to be moving, it’s just not doing the hard click I’m used to.
I don’t know exactly what feature would be needed to make this work continuously, so the solonoid would click as fast as I type. Do you have any recommendations on what I could try?

Please review the solenoid section in the manual which describes some potential fixes. If you did not change the firmware, it may be an issue with the solenoid installation – maybe the cylinder is too close to one of the edges of the bracket it goes through. If you changed the firmware, the manual describes the reason for the issue. I have done extensive solenoid testing and have not been able to reproduce your issue, even with super fast typing of random characters, far faster than I can personally type. It also may be a power/current issue – are you using a USB hub or battery powered device? If you still cannot figure it out after doing the above research, please post on the project forum threads.
