You can do that but it is probably cheaper and easier to buy a new keyboard with the configuration you want, since the F62 and F77 are currently on sale. And you can always resell the current board or keep it for spare parts.
The TIA plate, extra inner foam, and presoldered controller-PCB would cost close to the full cost of a new keyboard.
