Why does the keyboard price stay the same when selecting the KEYS option “Use your own keys” ? I would have expected some sort of rebate since the keycaps are not provided.

Nope, they keys are now provided without additional cost for each of those models due to the clearance pricing on the F62/F77 project that is ending.
