Yes this project uses the smaller version of the xwhatsit controller, but the larger controller for the original IBM Model F keyboards that you are buying elsewhere may have a different pinout, so please verify before installing. I think they’re the same but you may have to move the connector wires around. Please reply to this question and let everyone know what you find.
